MY APPROACH combines movement analysis, structural insights, and a holistic perspective. I’ve explored fascia, neurology, musculoskeletal systems, visceral connections, skin, digestion, emotions, and even spirituality — piece by piece — to uncover how everything in the body is interconnected. I’ve learned how foot problems can lead to headaches and how abdominal issues might manifest as anger. Over time, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for how this intricate puzzle fits together, and I’m passionate about helping others find relief and balance. Now based in the beautiful Moonee Beach area in the Coffs Harbour region, I’m excited to share my knowledge and techniques to help others better understand and care for their amazing bodies.
