Lay-by

We continue to offer our Online Lay-by system which has been a huge success with our customers. Thousands of customers have been able to secure great deals on items they may not have had all the money for at the time of purchase. With 3 months to pay the balance, there is plenty of time to budget for your next purchase. While other stores have tried half-heartedly to offer “Online” lay-by, no one does it as good as us. Returns Policy

Another Customer Focused policy is our 14 Day Freight Free Return Policy. Our customers can now return eligible items for a refund or credit up to 14 Days after taking delivery of their new item. And… WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN FREIGHT! Have a good look at every other store’s return policy. Even the Big Online Stores in the USA. Nobody does this. WE DO.

Rent to Buy

We now also offer Rent To Buy. You’ll now see a rental option on the product pages of many of our best guitars, amps and other cool stuff. Online Rentals is just another great way to afford the gear you want when you don’t have the full amount upfront.
Our largest Customer Focused Policy we have introduced is our revolutionary 500 CLUB. Once a member you can then extend your Online Lay-by terms to 6 months with only a 10% Deposit to begin. You can also utilise our Online Trade in Service. We take Trade In’s to be used towards a New Guitar, Used Guitar or to help pay off one of your Online Lay-bys. Once a price has been agreed, we take care of all the Shipping Process for you for a Flat Fee- Australia Wide. You also receive Exclusive offers and can utilise our Guitar Concierge Service.
