History of the Business. P&A Ryan Pty Ltd is a family business established by Patrick Ryan in the 70’s and carried on by his sons Stephen and Andrew.

Commercial & Residential
P&A Ryan Pty Ltd undertake a variety of projects in both the commercial and residential sphere. Commercially we are proud to have been extensively involved with Marion Grove Retirement village, building all of the villas at the estate along with several of the main buildings of the facility. In the residential sector we have constructed many homes and renovated many more.
