Lynda Melville BA (Hons) MClinPsych MAPS is a Clinical Psychologist in private practice.
Lynda has worked in a variety of mental health, rehabilitation, organisational and academic settings over the past twenty years. Lynda has a long-term interest in meditation and for the past ten years has been integrating a mindfulness approach with cognitive-behavioural therapy in her clinical practice. She has participated in many training courses – including the 7 day Mind Body Medicine Retreat with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli and completed the Professional Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction/Cognitive Therapy Practicum with Timothea Goddard and Dr Maura Kenny. Lynda is passionate about sharing the possibilities of increased self-awareness, connectedness and the approach to suffering that mindfulness offers.
