Environmental Statement
We hope you enjoy your Chocolate, but that is not all we are sending you, so, as best as we can, we have tried to source environmentally sustainable packaging. From the box the chocolate is in, to the box we post it in, the sticky tape to the padding in the box. The only thing that isn’t either made from recycled material or is able to be recycled is, during the summer months, the ice packs we use to make sure your chocolate arrives as fresh as when we sent it, and currently the “wax” in the seal on the box. We are sourcing a better alternative and hope to remedy these in the near future. So until then, just pick off the wax seal, and if we send an ice pack, pop it in the bin, or you can break it open and put the “gel” in your garden, which will help retain water in the soil, and the rest can be safely put into the recycling.
